About shipping

Shipping is calculated automatically on the website and varies according to the weight of the order. You can confirm the exact shipping costs after placing the chosen item(s) in your shopping cart. All shipments will be sent by Japan Post. The shipping method varies from country to country and depending on the country, the "Small packet" method cannot be tracked. For more information, contact us. We offer free shipping to: North America (over $99.00), Europe (over €150.00) and East and Southeast Asia (over ¥15,000). Depending on the shipping method, the weight limit is 2kg.

 

For customers living in Brazil

For Brazil, the order weight limit is 2kg.
When the order exceeds 2kg, it will be sent in separate boxes. We send orders up to a maximum of 3kg.
The customer must register on the courier website to be able to pay the shipping fee that the Brazilian postal service charges and also to be able to pay taxes that may eventually be charged.

 

About fees/customs

As international purchases made through BITEKISKIN are considered personal imports, the customer assumes full and exclusive responsibility for any import taxes. Confirm in advance, act accordingly, and take responsibility for the import laws of the country or region where you are importing products. We are not responsible for expensive fees charged to the customer.

 

Orders stopped at customs

Your order may be stopped by local customs authorities or it may take a few days for it to be taxed. BITEKISKIN is not authorized to investigate or contact the local customs. Please check with your local customs or post office yourself.
Please follow the procedures for paying customs fees according to your country or region's import regulations.

 

If your application is denied entry and refused by customs, please contact us at info@bitekiskin.email. We do not answer for comments and DM via Instagram and other social networks.

 

Attention!

In the following cases, orders may be abandoned or returned to Japan. In principle, we do not accept returns and refunds in the following cases.
・The customer has not paid applicable taxes/fees.
・The customer has not contacted the customs.

 

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at the time of purchase. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will have to cover the return shipping to our store.

 

About exchanges and returns

We do not accept the exchange of products. In case a product arrives damaged or the order sent is wrong, send us an email to info@bitekiskin.email within 7 days after delivery of the purchase. We will carry out an analysis and after the analysis we will inform the customer of the refund and postage process.
