We are currently delivering to the following countries;
South America: Brazil.
Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Spain, Finland, Netherlands, France, England, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Vatican, Hungary, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.
With Japan Post, we work with both standard shipping (via air with tracking number) and EMS express shipping (via air with tracking number).
Depending on the country we are shipping only with DHL.
Currently, the estimated shipping time to Brazil is 20 to 25 days, but depending on the Brazilian post office it may take longer.
It may take up to 2 business days for your order to be dispatched. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (we follow the Japanese calendar holidays). If you do not receive the shipping completion email within 8 days of the purchase date, please contact us by email info@bitekiskin.email.

Shipping is calculated automatically on the website and varies depending on the weight of the order and the shipping company the customer chooses. About exchanges and returns
We do not accept exchange of products.In case any product arrives damaged or the order sent is wrong, please send us an email by info@bitekiskin.email dentwithin 7 days after delivery of the purchase.
