General Sales Conditions


The default price for products is Japanese Yen. Local taxes are not charged.

The prices that appear on the site in Dollars, Euros, etc., are conversions of the quotation of the day. These prices do not include local taxes and may change according to the change in the daily rate without prior notice.



It is the customer's responsibility to pay taxes that may be charged upon arrival in the destination country.



The sale is concluded when payment is confirmed.



In case of cancellation of the order after the conclusion of the sale, the customer must contact us by email before the product(s) is shipped.




We do not accept the exchange of products. If any product arrives damaged, send us an email to info@bitekiskin. email within 7 days of delivery of purchase. We accept returns in case the ORDER(S) SENT(S) IS WRONG.

The customer must contact us by email attaching photos of the items, within 7 days after delivery of the product(s). We will carry out an analysis and after the analysis we will inform the customer of the refund and postage process. The product must be sent in its original packaging, without any sign of use. In these cases the freight will be our responsibility.

In case of return due to the customer, the freight will be borne by the customer.

The product must be sent in perfect condition, with original packaging, without any sign of use.

We do not accept exchanges and returns in the following cases;

1)Open and used products.

2)Products damaged by the customer.

3) Product without its original packaging.



Except for the cases described in the previous article, Biteki Skin does not guarantee and is not responsible for damages caused by possible content errors or system failures.


Other notes

・The photos of products published on this website are photographs of the actual product, but when viewed on a computer monitor, there may be a difference with the color tone and etc. when the actual product is seen in hand. Product packaging design, attention stickers, slogans and information are subject to change without prior notice.

・We are not responsible for any problems caused by emails sent by us or the customer that are not received or are unreadable.

・When the customer buys more than one product at a time, and if some of them are sold out, it will be at our discretion to wait until all ordered products are available to ship them.

・Goods will be shipped in export standard packaging that can withstand international shipments.

・We cannot assume any responsibility for accidents due to mishandling of cargo by courier or customer.

・Until otherwise agreed separately, the risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the customer once the goods are handed over to the sea or air carrier in Japan.

・We shall not be liable for failure, delays in goods or breaches of contractual obligations due to wars, civil wars, riots, labor disputes, epidemics, fires, typhoons, floods, earthquakes, embargoes, government controls or other causes beyond our control.



If any controversy, dispute or disagreement that may arise between the parties regarding this agreement and which cannot be resolved between them, it will be resolved in Japan by the Commercial Arbitration Rules in Japan in accordance with the International Commercial Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award is final and binding on both parties.


Applicable law

Japanese law shall apply to the formation, effect, performance and interpretation of these Terms.
